- Search by date range, # of bedrooms, # of guests, or by category.
- Hit "Check Availability"
- Available properties will populate
- Select "View Property" of the property of your choice
- Confirm price, dates of stay, and total amount
- Select "Book Now"
- Enter in all required information (including credit card information)
- After confirming payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of what to do next!
What is my investment property potential?
We are currently accepting new clients, some restrictions may apply. Qualifying properties will receive a complementary Market Analysis and Rent Evaluation!

What is your payment policy?
We requires 50% down payment upon booking. 30 days before your check in, the remaining balance must be paid. The second payment will be auto-processed exactly 30 days prior to check in, unless you've made a manual second payment prior.
If booking is made 30 days or less before check in date, full payment is required upfront.
If you plan on paying via check, please notify our team as soon as possible (via email or phone). Credit card numbers are required to book a reservation, and we would like to make sure your card is not charged before your check arrives!
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If your stay is more than 30 days away: 100% refund of total cost.
if your stay is between 14-30 days away: 50% refund of total cost.
If your stay is within 14 days: No refund.
Are security deposits required?
Yes, security deposits are required. We base the price on the size of the property. Security deposits are fully refundable within 14 days after checkout, as long as no damages or issues incur.
Is smoking allowed?
No, all properties managed by Bayshore Vacation Rentals are non-smoking.
Any violations will result in fines.
