We were a multigenerational group and enjoyed the Squirrel's nest with ping pong, billiard and classic arcade machine (especially our sons). The outdoor space was very nice for a fire and S'mores. And the view is the best way to start the day with a coffee. Strongly recommended!

Stayed at this charming Cape Cod house during winter and it was magical. Watching the first snowfall over the bay was a highlight. The house, including 'The Squirrel's Nest' recreation room, was toasty warm and inviting. Comfy beds and a well-appointed space made our stay extra cozy. Highly recommend for a winter retreat!

We had a blast at Baydream Believer. The location was fantastic, just close enough to Traverse City, but far enough to get some peace and beautiful views of the bay. The beds were very comfortable, the layout was great (watch your head going up/down the stairs!), and the squirrel's nest was a fantastic afternoon and evening retreat. The check-in process and all communications were smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend a stay at Baydream Believer!

Awesome little home not too far from Traverse City. It was a great home base for exploring the region, close to everything. The squirrel's nest is a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day with kids and the fire pit perfect for the required s'mores making. The interior was cozy and comfortable for our family, just watch your head going up the stairs if you are a bit taller than average.

Had a good stay - great location just around the bend from Traverse City itself. Easy access to both Elmwood and Duncan Clinch marinas for boating purposes.

We had a great girls weekend at the cottage. Loved being able to hang out at the Squirrles Nest. What a cool amenity. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fire wood. Close to downtown TC. We loved our stay.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was one of the best places maybe the greatest. The game room was a huge hit and the bonfire at night was perfect. Would Recommened to everyone

Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the firepit, unlimited supply of wood to burn and the super thoughtful smores kit. The game room was fun, and the location was perfect! My dad thought the bed was great in the ground floor bedroom!

Really enjoyed our stay! The game room was unique and allowed for a great family hang-out space. Great location between TC and Sutton’s Bay, everything was really close. Listing is accurate and the home was clean and well stocked. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our three nights at the SW Bay Shore property in Traverse City. My kids loved the Squirrels Nest and the fire pit. The backyard is great for hanging out. The house also worked out for my crew. Plenty of space to sit and the checkers board was a huge hit. There is only one bathroom but it worked out fine. The house is situated on a main road so it can be noisy but it didn't bother us. It overlooks the bay which gave us a beautiful view when sitting around the fire in the evenings! The house is also close to wineries, grocery stores and restaurants. I'm really happy with our choice to stay at this property! We look forward to returning in the future!
