Brand New Condo With Rooftop Hot Tubs

Absolutely gorgeous! Loved the open concept and the beautiful kitchen. Big windows let in natural light and high end appliances made cooking a joy. TC has plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A fantastic place.

Lovely Airbnb. Very spacious and comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of kitchen appliances and very updated. No blinds in the living room which was odd given that there is a building next door with people who frequently hangout outside.

The lot nextdoor which was open to view in all the windows facing it (no blinds) had people constantly smoking and congregating around a picnic table. This was day and night. The group of people looked like they were homeless. Not exactly sure but same people everyday. At times cars would pull up and items were exchanged. This was not the environment my family expected. One day someone parked in our designated parking space. The apartment was very nice. In a different location, it would be 10/10.

Hi Sean, Our East Side Design condo is extremely safe, as we have never had any crime complaints in the area. We unfortunately have no control over what the residents of the building next door to the condo do, but we have reached out to their building management to let them know of the situation. Bayshore Vacations is not aware of any homeless in the area. In addition, we are in the process of installing blinds throughout the open living space, as the original concept was to let as much light in as possible, but we are now making this update. This will provide a more privacy setting for our future guests. We also place a designated cone in the assigned parking spot with our information. Our team would have immediately been responsive if we would have been made aware that parking was an issue. Absolutely stunning condo with high end everything. Furniture was comfortable and sturdy and beautiful. Condo was fully stocked which made it feel like home. Everything was perfectly organized. Blinds in the main living area for privacy would be nice. Would love a tv in the master bedroom so kids can have a place while adults can watch a movie. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect! We were sad to leave!

The place was perfectly described and very clean and the host was very responsive. I only hoped to get more flexibility about the check out time since we arrived around 6pm and had to leave at 10am the day after. I asked for a check out at 11 instead of 10 but I got a negative response from the host. We didn’t have any time to tryout the hot tubs since the weather was bad the night we arrived and we didn’t have time to try them in the morning. My kids were excited about it and got disappointed… Other than that the place was comfortable and clean!

Four of us stayed here during for the Bayshore Marathon and the location was perfect. the listing was as described, if not better! We were all busy checking the place out with ooos and ahhs for the first 10 minutes and then quickly settled in and got to our plans. Great value when sharing with friends ? I'm marking this one for a repeat visit!
