Very clean and very nice. If you’re VERY sensitive to road noise you will have some trouble, but we found it fairly easy to get used to. Big plus was the proximity to the greenway trail. Very cool and useful both.

The location was perfect. Centrally located. Good communication. The outlets in the bathrooms didn't work. And there is a step down to the deck that caught us off guard.

I would highly recommend this condo! The place looked just like the pictures and was actually bigger than I thought. The host was very responsive and flexible. Great location as well, very close to downtown.

Bayshore vacation rentals was a very clean place and decorated nicely! The walls / ceilings are quite thin (we had little kids above us who ran around late at night and VERY early in the morning). Of course not the rental’s fault, but please note you can hear your neighbors. Also very close to a busier road, and you can hear cars passing by outside. Appreciated the two beach towels, and plenty of bath towels and blankets as well! And the root beer and chocolate covered cherries were a nice little treat.

Picture perfect - exactly as shown! Great location and building is quiet. As others say, the road noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The noise machines helped. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here! The location is close enough to downtown, but quite and relaxing. The apartment has all you need to cook and it's super clean. Also just a few steps from the tart trail. We will be back!

This apartment was very clean and decorated perfectly! The only complaint would be hearing the traffic outside and the apartment above. It made it very hard to sleep.

All four of us were pleased with the rental and thought it was a good value. Nice spacious common hallways, elevators and entry. Spacious, convenient parking. A couple of minor items were missing but the response was fast. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is located a very short distance from all the downtown activities.

Its a beautiful apartment that makes great use of the space. Everything was in like-new condition. It's very close to downtown. The building itself was very quiet but there was significant road noise in the morning on weekdays. It woke us up each day. Weekends were quieter.

The place was exactly as pictured, beautifully set up and overall well equipped. Bayshore rentals was very quick to respond to our communication. The road noise was very loud at night - we thought we had a window open when it was actually closed. It is on a busy road so there were lots of trucks etc. As mentioned by others, it is a convenient location to travel by car to anywhere we wanted. The place was dusty when we arrived and the bed sheets had a stain on it. That was a little disappointing. We had 6 people and needed to use the couch but there were no linens left for it. There was extra blankets and pillows but no pillow cases. Despite this, it was overall a good stay.

Excellent location! Four of us were in TC to run Bayshore and this spot was perfect—about a mile from the start and right by the expo. After the race, we loved hopping onto the TART bike path right out the door and biking downtown. We appreciated the bike racks outside! Inside, the apartment was cute and had everything we needed to cook and get clean. The bathrooms are spacious and the robes were a bonus. Do bring ear plugs if you’re a sensitive sleeper because other building residents or traffic sounds may wake you. We hope to return next year!

Great place. Super clean. Easy access by car to town, but a bit off the beaten path for walkability. Felt safe and very comfortable. Great place to stay all around.
