Lighthouse Condo 10

Lake Shore Resort was a nice place to stay for the weekend with my family. Everything looked just as they did in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom were a little out dated but weren't bad. It's in a great location on East Bay with restaurants, beaches, and Pirates Cove adventures within walking distance. I recommend this Resort and would stay here again. Thanks for having us.

We took a girls trip with 5 of us, and it was the perfect escape. The beach is private, clean, and about 10 steps away from the condo. The host was extremely accommodating, friendly, and responded quickly to our questions.

I would definitely stay here again! I felt like it was a great value, for being right on the beach, and a quick drive to downtown. It was decorated nicely, but the kitchen was really small, so it’s not the best if you’re trying to cook while staying there. However, with so many great places in Traverse City, I assume most people aren’t cooking! The hosts were nice, helpful, and responsive.

Beautiful location right on the beach! The decor was lovely and peaceful. Only downfall was a moldy/dirty shower curtain and spider webs and dust throughout the house (especially in the shower).

Great place to stay. Clean, great beach and Bayshire Vacation Rental was helpful in finding what I needed for our stay in Traverse City. The only problem with this particular property is the parking. It was very tight. So much so that 2 SUVs and an F150 couldn’t park in their designated spots & be able to open the doors. We parked in the guest parking. Just be aware. Otherwise we loved the location and did I mention the beach??

Unit 10 was beyond filthy!!! Think layers of dust covered the fans, tables, picture frames, window ledges, blinds, etc. There was the appearance of mold on the HVAC covers / vents. Many of the kitchen cabinets barely opened or required excessive force to open. The kitchen is tiny with very old appliances. After mentioning our concerns to Bayshore they were mostly dismissive and handled the situation very poorly. Save your money and stay away from this place!! We will never stay at another Bayshore property. It was a terrible experience.

Hey Vatche, we are very sorry about your experience at this condo. When you had notified us of the amount of dust in the unit, we offered to send a cleaner in to take care of it, although you did not want us to. We then offered to move you into a neighboring unit, which was denied as well. We deeply apologize about the dust that was found in the unit, we have notified our cleaners and it has been taken care of. We take pride in our services and are always looking for ways to improve!

Nice beach area but there was confusion at checkin. Listing said smart lock code would be sent in morning but the message had n/a for code. After calling and texting repeatedly a code was finally sent. When we arrived at 4…earliest checkin…office was closed and door had no smart lock. Door was wide open on unit and we finally found keys laying on the table inside. Caused unnecessary anxiety.
