Pet Friendly Condo near Downtown

Had a great stay with Bayshore Vacation rentals. Condo was perfect. Love the location. Close to restaurants and trail.

This was a nice condo. Had a great view for the fireworks at the cherry festival. Close enough to ride bikes to downtown traverse city.

This condo was nice enough, but I wouldn't say it was comfortable. The overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke mingled with cheap air freshener hits you in the face every time you walk in the door. If you have any sensitivities to smells, avoid this condo. The location was good, it didn't take long to get to any of the places we wanted to go, and for the most part it was fairly quiet. The beds are the most comfortable part of the unit. The elevator is on the other side of the building, and there are a number of keypads when you get to the door. Choose the one that is labeled residents to enter the door code to gain entry into the building. The code to the condo is 8 characters so somewhat hard to memorize.

Thank you for notifying us of this, we are investigating where the smell may be coming from and the best way to get rid of it for future stays. We will also make note to provide better instructions for the key pad to enter the building. I am so sorry if this was not clear!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable and homey, stocked with everything we could need. More than enough space for our family of 4. Super clean - everything felt brand new. Perfect location and great communication. Overall a wonderful stay. Hope to be back again soon!

The home was immaculate with a beautiful design yet very homey. It also came stocked with everything we needed which was really appreciated. It has a beautiful interior design / decor. The building is really nice and quiet as well and has very easy parking & entry. It sits right on the Tart Trail and is a hop, skip and a jump to downtown Traverse City. We can't wait to stay here again!

I was extremely happy with the rental! It started prior to check-in when I received a very easy to understand local area guide before arrival that helped me with planning (I was new to the area). The arrival process was extremely easy, and, I never know what to expect when I open the door to an AirBNB, but the unit was extremely clean, had a great layout (and design), and just an extremely nice and comfortable feel for my family. Finally, the location was perfect for exploring the area. I am so happy we chose this unit, and we will be back!!

Nice, modern condo convenient to downtown with a quick drive, or approximate 30 min walk. Free parking spot with unit, washer/dryer in unit, and nice kitchenette. Very quiet building! Liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is great for two couples. Would consider this location again, and would recommend this condo to others.

This was the second time we rented in this building. Overall we would definitely rent here next time we are in town. Management was very responsive to any issue we had. The units provides a nice home away from home.
