SkyBox Rooftop Downtown Extra Parking

Everything was exactly as the description said. Super clean and very quiet. The garage is easy accessible, although we pretty much reach the size limit with our Jeep Wrangler (4-door). The rooms were comfortable and the living room was quite cozy. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in TC.

The condo was so convenient to downtown. Everything was walkable! Easy instructions to get inside. Coffee and creamer are available as well as bathroom amenities. We recommend staying here if you’re visiting Traverse City!

Very clean and tidy home. Great rooftop, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and comfy beds. It was within walking distance to downtown. The upstairs where the bedrooms are had poor ventilation, so they were hot at night. That was our only complaint.

This was a good stay at a typical price for the time of year in TVC. Hosts communicated well and location is great. Pros: The location is very walkable to many downtown locations and the garage is nice (if you have a medium to small vehicle). Cons: we found the AC to be quite weak and moved very little air (which is only a problem during the hottest part of the year). The one side of the condo that faced the street was noisy due to local traffic/ guests in adjacent condos.

Great stay in Traverse city! We loved the condo-it was very clean the kitchen was well stocked. We could walk to mostly everything we wanted. Great stay for the price! There are a lot of stairs which was tricky sometimes with the kids but overall didn’t bother us!

The location is great. For downtown or waterside it was great. Within Walking distance to many places to eat. This is well maintained new property. Amenities were better than most. It is a very vertical property. Not for those that have difficulty with stairs. But that is clear in the listing. We will stay again. Host was very responsive to questions. We had very few as instructions were well laid out and more importantly, simple.

We initially were given wrong lock box entry code. Bayshore responded quickly, late on Saturday evening, with the correct entry code. Condo was nice and clean, and in a great location. Instructions were comprehensive, accurate, and very helpful. Our only complaint was that our garage door opened mysteriously four different times over a seven day period. Bayshore did not respond to e-mail and texts requesting resolution. The entry door through garage does not have a lock, so if garage door is open anyone can enter the residence. We resorted to climbing the ladder supplied to unplug garage door motor, in order to secure entry.

We had a great time. The location is great, very convenient to down town and the beach. The buildings are very close together so that cuts down on window views but the roof top is a good option.

wonderful place, super clean and cozy and just the right size for our group of four! Great location...we could walk to everything in traverse city and other attractions were an easy drive. My only complaint was the hiccup during check in, but once that got resolved we all had an amazing time!

Beautiful and clean condo! Exactly as pictured. Location is walking distance to Front street and downtown activities. Needed to contact the host for assistance at check in and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Our only concern: bedrooms are located on the upper level of the unit - we found them to be a bit warmer than the rest of the condo. Overall a beautiful condo and a great experience.

The accommodations at SkyBox are wonderful. The location is off of the busiest part of downtown TC, but close enough to walk to it, while at the same time having easy driving access to the roads into and out of town. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding exceptionally fine. The rooftop patio is a wonderful addition to the property. The owners are responsive and understanding. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location. Within waking distance to beach, bars, and restaurants. Host was great and quick to respond. Loved the place. It is disclosed but parking is tight, truck wont fit in garage and TV is ALL streaming… no local channels.
