The Nest Condo 12

Nice space to stay for a couple or a small family of 3-4. It has a great location near all the action of Traverse City. Would stay here again! Host communicated well regarding a small issue with our bedding and they provided a quick solution. 5 out of 5.

A nice quaint place right off the main road in Traverse City! Beautiful well-kept beach and the condo was exactly as described. I’d definitely come here again

Lovely stay! The bathroom and kitchen however was quite small, but otherwise wonderful place to stay with your own private lakeside view! Would highly recommend!

This rental matched the description. Clean inside, looked to be newly refurbished. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. TV, air conditioning, and fans were all working. There was a view of the Traverse Bay, wish it was a little bit better, but overall it was nice! Close to downtown Traverse and had a great beach. Every time I had a question, there was an answer that was helpful and clear very quickly. Would definitely go back again.

Great location on the bay! Close to downtown TC and wineries. The condo was clean and ready for us. The condo complex’s parking is tight, so be prepared for that. Host communicated with us quickly, would recommend! We had a great weekend in TC!

We enjoyed our visit. Listing is accurate to what you get. The price was very reasonable. You’ll sacrifice the high-end newly remodeled condos readily available in TC that cost a fortune in peak summer months. I’d rather get affordable and willing to take a more dated unit. Totally worth it for real reason we were there - the beautiful beach and proximity to all that TC offers. Jet ski and boat rentals next door. Restaurants, convenience store, market within walking distance. Contrary to other reviews, we thought the mattresses were just fine. Sheets were fitted and comfortable. There were two coffee mugs (a couple more would be nice). Air conditioning filled the entire unit. Quiet neighbors. Would stay again for sure!

Upon arrival, the door was wide open and there was no keypad as instructed. The storm door prop to keep it open, did not work and we could not prop is open. There is one couch that can fit 2 people, but the condo “fits 6”. Made coffee the first morning, no coffee cups. I would not consider this a beach view condo. I asked if it was the end one on the beach and was told yes, it was not. The beds were very uncomfortable and did not even have fitted sheets in them, they were top sheets just folded under the edges (not even the foot) of the bed, so they came undone after the first night. Every time anyone moved in the beds, the entire bed moved, to say the least I didn’t sleep well at all. The air conditioning did not make it into the bedrooms. So we opened the window and it was extremely loud and were woken at 7am by the trash truck. There was a ton of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain in the shower. The shower didn’t drain effectively and you were ankle deep in water 2 minutes into your shower. Disappointed, we didn’t realize there were not TVs in the bedrooms. The parking lot is EXTREMELY small! We have a full size HD 2500 truck and it was impossible to park. The only benefit was it was at the beach. Extremely OVERPRICED for the shape of the “condo” and what we paid. Should have gotten a suite at a hotel instead. Would not stay here again.
