Top shelf. Accommodations better than expected. A bit pricey? yes but well worth it. If you are considering, don’t hesitate, book with confidence. You & your Fam/guests will love the place. Experienced a couple minor glitches, nothing out of the ordinary, but no worries, Jordan & her Team were on it/resolved quickly.

Great place! Well maintained and appointed loft apartment easily walkable from downtown Traverse City. Much nicer than your average Airbnb, definitely worth checking out!

Great place, easy to walk to restaurants and bars or a quick drive to all the area has to offer. Stayed here w two teenagers and was the perfect size. One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in!

Only two things to note are the entry code to get into the building requires you to hit the pound button after the code. We figured this out easily. The tv does not work for gaming consoles. Not sure why. We tried everything. Other than that the stay was incredible and the apartment is fun and beautiful. They really thought of everything when it comes to your stay. Sound machine, robes, slippers, an abundance of towels and pillows. The place was excellent and the location was outstanding.

I am so sorry the TV was not compatible with your gaming console. We have never attempted to hook anything like that up to the TV, but we will look in to ways to remedy this! This place is located in a great location! It was clean before we got and it looked exactly how it was advertised. Came here for a bachelor party, and it was with in walking distance to restaurants. In unit washer and dryer and a pretty big size bathroom. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Great Condo, Town, and Communications. The only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi was poor, I believe it's a temporary solution so hopefully that gets addressed soon, otherwise a marvelous unique stay

Clean, filled with amenities that brought a sense of home…high quality…superb location to explore Traverse City…and dinner (delicious food) is just a couple floors away. Best of 5 places we stayed on our 10 day NY/Michigan adventure.

This is our second time at Top of the Peak, it is in a great location with a beautiful walk along the water to our favorites bars and restaurants. We also had to postpone our trip due to a family emergency and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. We brought our 93 year old mom and it was perfect with the elevator access. The amenities were wonderful and it felt like a 5 star hotel. It is perfectly located near shops and restaurants as well.

Great place! Very clean, comfortable, with nice amenities-perfect for our family with two small children. Master bedroom was large enough for a travel crib, and the blinds (that operate via wall remote) provided a black out option which was great for small kids at bedtime/naptime. Perfect location in downtown Traverse City with close parking. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place and so did our 8 month old! The carpet in the living room was perfect for her to crawl around. There were also lots of sippy cups, plates and spoons available to use for her. The unit gets a lot of natural light and the automated shades allowed us to control that light. The rain shower was phenomenal and washer/dryer really handy after spending time at the beach. Top notch stay and well worth the price. We will be coming back!

The place is exceptional. It has a very cool industrial feel, and very cozy at the same time. The sheets, towels, robes, kitchen amenities are some of the best we have ever experienced. It has lots of little extras to really help you enjoy your stay. More then we have seen in other AirBnB's. Now, the negative, we had neighbors partying from 5pm until 2 am, and the vacation rental company told us to go knock on the door and tell them, or call the police after 10pm. We do not understand how it was our responsibility to quiet, out of control tenants in another vacation rental. We thought the communication with the rental company was mediocre at its best. The building also has loud banging noises that go on through out. So the noise was definitely an issue for us.

This unit was amazingly beautiful and very well appointed. Awesome location, beautiful architecture, and incredible attention to detail. Accessing the unit was very easy, and it served as a great "home-base" as we explored Traverse City and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and there to answer any questions. The unit is above multiple awesome and lively establishments (North Peak Brewery and Kilkenny's), so you should expect some street noise/activity that can be heard from within the unit. However, we did not find this to be a deterrent or distraction in any way, and the sound machines in each bedroom more than took care of any excessive noise from patrons in the later hours of the evening. We loved this place and would definitely stay there again on a future trip. I would highly recommend staying here!

We highly enjoyed our stay here! The king bed is definitely a CA king because we fit 3 girls in this bed. Super clean and cute and within walkin distance of everything. We walked home from the bars a couple of times. highly recommend!!!!!

Really cool condo, spacious and great location. There are lots of amenities provided- laundry, soap, coffee, tea. We had one little hiccup but the host was very quick to respond and offered a solution. Highly recommend!

Top of the Peak is everything you want in a vacation rental, great location, modern amenities with a super cool vintage vibe. Although it is located over a bar we did not hear any noise coming from below. It was also convenient to have a bar and a brewery without even having to leave the building. We will definitely rent for future trips!
