Welcome to our tranquil condo- minutes to Downtown TC!!

Our beautiful and modern condo is filled with luxury finishes and will be the perfect Traverse City getaway! Our pet-friendly unit resides in a wonderful and centrally located condo building that sits right along the Tart Trail! Walk outside and immediately hop on our trail for a fun bike ride to Suttons Bay!

Walking into the condo, you will feel the tranquility and zen! Our open living space has a very clean, minimalist design and has ample seating with extremely comfortable furniture! The large Samsung 4K Smart TV allows for easy streaming and comes equipped with cable TV. We provide a blow up mattress for additional guests if needed. Our industrial dining table is set for four and can easily accommodate six. Our beautiful contemporary kitchen has abundant cabinet space that is fully stocked for all your cooking necessities. Coffee & coffee maker are provided (Nespresso machine as well as standard), oil & spices, cooking supplies, and more!

Both bedrooms offer designer queen beds with high-end linens, walk-in closets, and ensuite full bathrooms. Bathrooms are fully equipped with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh luxury towels!

Finally, the large slider doors open up to our balcony that overlooks Traverse City and completes your home-away-from-home!

The Trailside45 building has an extra large common area/lounge also located on the top floor of the building where you will find desk space for remote workers, couches, big screen TV, kitchenette, and dining tables for your enjoyment. Each floor also has separate bike rooms with plenty of space to store your bikes.

Our location offers so much for guests! We are just steps from the TART trail where you can walk or pedal within minutes to award winning restaurants, shops, beaches, wineries, and all that Traverse City has to offer! We are a 5 minute drive to downtown TC (parking garages & street parking available), or drive 2 minutes up the road to the nearest public beach (Clinch Park)!
