Welcome to Broadway Basecamp!

Location!! Middle of wine trail, less than 5 miles to Mawby, 45 North and Blustone and so many more. 1/2 mile to downtown Suttons Bay, walk to dinner and shops. Yet quiet dead end street.

This home is the perfect location for an up north getaway. Walking into the home you enter the dining room that is open to both the kitchen and living area. Main floor will feature 1 of 4 bedrooms, a half bathroom, laundry room, and entrance to the back deck. The main floor bedroom features a queen bed with a desk area. Upstairs you will find master bedroom (***please note the master bedroom is the only room in the house without direct Air conditioning. We recommend leaving windows open and provide multiple fans. No complaints on the temperature following these steps) with a king bed, TV, and lots of closet space. Private ensuite bathroom. Next to the master bedroom is the 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed. Finally- across the hall is the 4th bedroom. This room has two twin beds, a daybed, and a pull out mattress under the day bed. There is a full bathroom outside the door of this bedroom. Outside there is an awesome fire pit to relax by the fire, a table on deck to eat & enjoy the outside and plenty of grassy space to enjoy! Plenty or room for all your friends and family.

* While we list accommodating 9- this allows for up to 13 guest with the following sleeping arrangements:

Main floor: 
1 bedroom with Queen (2 guests)
Living room offering a day bed and futon (3 guests)

2nd floor:
Master bedroom with King bed (2 guests)

In addition, you will also be charged with a security Deposit of $1000- fully refundable within 14 days of your stay, as long as no damages occur. 


Suttons Bay Township Rental Requirements: 
1. All parking associated with this rental shall be out of roadway, entirely on-site and in driveway,  and limited to (4) vehicles. 
2. Special events, outdoor events, lawn parties, weddings, or similar activities are not allowed on the site for more than the number of permitted occupants. 
3. Fireworks of any kind are not allowed on rental property except in accordance with the Suttons Bay Township Ordinance No. 3-2013: Consumer Fireworks Ordinance. 
4. No person shall start or maintain a fire except within provided devices or locations. Fires shall not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished. Only clean, dry wood may be burned. 
5. Trash must be contained in properly sealed receptacles & must be no overflow. 
6. Noise during quiet hours must be limited to that which does not disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of a reasonable person of normal sensitivities. Quiet hours shall be from 10pm - 8am. The Suttons Bay Township Noise Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2 of 2010) shall also apply.
