This bungalow was perfect for two people who were constantly out and about. Having access to a private beach was excellent knowing you can go relax at any hour of the day. Location was perfect, and even with summer road construction, it was easy to get to and from downtown Traverse City. Would recommend!

I’m sure this would’ve been a lovely stay!! We actually never made the trip because of a family tragedy. Bayshore Vacation rentals helped us cancel the reservation about a week before our trip. I kept getting texts from Jordan as if we were still coming. I responded to the number he left to let him/her know we’re not coming and that we got confirmation of the trip cancellation (when I called Bayshore Vacation Rentals). I got no response to the text I sent. It looked like a great location and will keep it in mind for a future trip.

It had a very convenient location and a great private beach. For two people that don’t plan to cook at all, this place is great. Wouldn’t recommend that more than two people try to stay, as the pull out couch basically isn’t sleepable due to being old (and is only a twin despite the listing saying this place sleeps four people). The kitchen wasn’t well stocked with supplies and the appliances were outdated so it was hard to cook. So bring whatever materials you plan to cook with and keep stove/oven use to a minimum. All that said, Bayshore was really responsive on the AirBnb chat function, so whenever we had an issue it got solved right away. Also, they did a great job putting up with calls from my extremely picky mother.

I have notified my team about the kitchen lack utensils and we are on it! We are also looking into the possible change in max guests, so we can ensure the space is comfortable!

Great location and private cottage right on the beach, no view of the water but a short walk through the parking lot to the beach. Super clean and included everything we needed for our stay!

Great little bungalow on the East Bay. Bungalow is cozy and perfect for 2. Location is great with a few restaurants within walking distance and downtown only 10 minutes away. Private beach is a huge plus with great frontage on the bay and less than a quarter mile away from boat and jet ski rentals. P

We had a great visit and loved the bungalow! The location was great and the private beach was beautiful. The living space was a little small, along with the shower. However, I think the pictures perfectly match what we saw in person. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We made last-minute plans for a quick weekend away and this was one of few Airbnb accommodations available at an affordable price. It's a bit of a hobbit-hole, but cute and did the trick. There were some missing details that would have been nice such as: - A trash can in the bathroom - A burned out lightbulb in the bathroom - TV did not work (sent text message and received no response) - No covering on the entrance door window / lack of privacy - AC was left off so that when we arrived the unit was sweltering and took an hour to cool off to an acceptable level
