My stay was amazing! I always look forward to making the trip up for many reasons, but one of the main reasons is to stay at these cozy condos! You can’t be the location and price. You walk in and feel immediately at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. I wouldn’t have changed anything and am counting down the days until I come back!

We loved our little one bedroom for it’s downtown location just on the edge of one of Traverse City’s most adorable residential areas. Everything we wanted to do in our short three day stay was within easy walking distance. The take a bottle/leave a bottle wine rack was a fun touch but we had to buy our own corkscrew (instead of trying the unorthodox methods for opening a wine bottle offered on YouTube - who knew?!) because there wasn’t one in the unit. To be clear, this was a basement unit. I had overlooked that when I booked it and I found myself adjusting the blinds several times to allow sunlight in while trying to avoid the feeling of being in a fish bowl. Nevertheless it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee, tea, and even creamer. I’d happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked for cooking. Nice bonus having the washer and dryer. Amazing location if you want to explore downtown and enjoy the waterfront. There is so much to do nearby! Hosts were very responsive when I needed to message them.

This place was awesome and perfect for a little get away. The location was amazing, everything downtown was walkable. The restaurants and coffee shops close by were all so great and the shops were cute and fun. Parking, check-in, and check-out were all simple and convenient! Super cozy place, the kitchen has just about everything you could need, and the bathroom is so clean and nice. We had such a great trip and are thankful we got to stay at this affordable and wonderful place!

Really wonderful stay! Very communicative host and immaculately clean unit. Super good quality bedding and plenty of towels. Very well stocked – really couldn’t have asked for anything else! The location really is absolutely perfect – walking distance to everything in downtown. Highly recommended!

Great condo, very close to downtown with all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with most basic condiments provided, nice tiled shower in good sized bathroom and very quiet for great sleeping after a long day of adventures. Building and condo very secure and in a good neighborhood. Great place to stay while enjoying Up North!

If you’re looking for a place to stay, we absolutely love to this place. Everything was just as it was pictured. And we’re so close to everything downtown Traverse City. We love the location! This place was perfect for our vacation. The location provides easy walking distance to downtown Traverse City. There are also fantastic bars and restaurants within a block. The owners were very accommodating.

Pretty disappointed in this place. When we went to check in, there were multiple buildings with the same unit numbers and we could not get our code to work. (Miscommunication, not enough information upon check in). We were standing outside for 45 minutes waiting for a response (I tried calling and messaging). When we got in, the toilet was stuffed with dirty toilet paper and overflowed when we flushed it. The whole place was moist and felt damp. There were little stains on blankets, sheets, etc. Shower liner smelled AWFUL. Just too many things wrong for paying over $300 a night. The location was great though, if that’s all you care about.

Overall the unit was clean and neat. The bed sheets had many hairs on them when we went to go to sleep. No response when we asked for the contact info for the 24/7 support person.

A million times better than a hotel, location is just a block or 2 from the start of downtown, it’s very clean and just super cozy with many amenities!

My husband and I had a fun time at this cute apartment in TC. The place was clean, comfortable, as described/photographed, and within walking distance to many great food and drink options in TC. We arrived late in the evening and we were ready for a drink to start our weekend away. Thankfully, the Parlor was right around the corner and open until midnight. We liked the contactless check-in and that we didn’t have to carry around a key with us all weekend. We also loved the take a bottle, leave a bottle concept. We did have an issue with the automated messages coming from the Airbnb account that were conflicting with the information we had received about check out- the automated message told us check out was at 10 am and we were under the impression it was 11am. However, once we messaged back, the host clarified it was indeed 11am. The only other thing my husband and I felt could be better is the check out process. The instructions have clearly been written for use in multiple different apartments/homes and the two sets of instructions we received were slightly different from one another. For example, one set of instructions told us to take out the trash while the other didn’t mention this. My husband and I defaulted to doing the most strict of the two lists because we didn’t want to get fined for not following the instructions. However, in our many Airbnb experiences, we have never previously been required to take out the trash and felt that was a little excessive in addition to starting the dishwasher and putting all the sheets in the wash. Overall, we had a really great weekend and feel these inconveniences were relatively minor but could be improved upon.
