Luxury TC Loft Historic Condo

Beautiful place! Perfect location to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Plenty of room/beds for a larger family. Hosts were great at giving details about check in a very quick to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay at the downtown loft. It is beautifully decorated, beds are very comfortable and kitchen nicely appointed. We enjoyed the downtown location close to shops and restaurants.

Extremely well appointed and comfortable condo. The convenient location made it easy to drop off our purchases as we shopped. We could walk to numerous shops and restaurants. All the beds (mattresses and bedding) were very comfortable. So much so that I had to peek at the brand of mattress we slept on!! We will definitely reserve this place again. If you come during a warmer season, the deck is quite nice with a view of the bay.

We were in Traverse City for our daughters wedding. The place was perfect, centrally located and walkable distance to great restaurants and shopping. Parking around back was a plus, there was space for two cars. We did have a little trouble accessing the place bc it had been locked from the inside but admin responded timely. They were actually very patient with me bc they had given instructions on what to do and I overlooked it. We loved our stay.

This Airbnb matches exactly the description and is in pristine condition and a wonderful loft. There is plenty of space and a lot of nice touches. This is on front Street in Traverse City so it’s close to many restaurants. So it’s very walkable. Because it’s the third floor it’s super quiet The unit itself is really well decorated and is well equipped we were only a couple staying here. But it’s perfect for 5 to 6 people comfortably The only thing to keep mine is it’s on the third floor so you do have to walk up a few set of stairs

The TC Loft was perfect! Bayshore and owners have thought of everything. We forgot a backpack to hike with and there they were - 2 backpacks prepped for picnics waiting at the backdoor. Everything was labeled and easy to find. If we had a need, it was met by the forethought of the owners and exactly where you would think it should be. The location was phenomenal - walking distance to everything - good food, yummy desserts, Grand Traverse Pie Co., shopping, and more. Beds slept great, bathrooms and kitchen were pristine, all we needed and more. 5 Stars are not enough for this place. Book it! Well worth it in location and amenities for a Traverse City Getaway.

This is a beautifully decorated and furnished condo that truly is a luxury stay. Fully furnished with high quality tools, we were able to cook a few meals easily. Great location in downtown where we watched parades out the front windows and fireworks from the furnished back porch. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend this place.

Stayed during Cherry Festival what a sweet stay! Old industrial classic meets modern Chic! Love it!! The vibe of the original structure with open brick & pipes is visually pleasing! Black and white colors pop with high ceilings and lots of light! Location is amazing! You are in the middle of town, but have your own private luxurious space above it all. And the back patio is really a luxurious bonus! I stay at many rentals and I want my place to not only look beautiful, but more importantly….it needs to be super clean. The loft is just that! I felt right at home! Bathrooms are always my hot button … usually you find some hair or corners that were not cleaned…but this was not the case at the loft! Thank you! Extra attention was definitely spent in the entire unit! Looking forward to booking this property again!!

I can only say so much! This place is a MUST BOOK! The location is perfect, it’s down the street from the shops, restaurants, & the water. Basically, convenience at your finger tips. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful in person. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were dreamy! The people thought about every detail possible you would need as a customer booking from them. I basically want to move in. But, go check it out for yourself!

We loved staying in this condo! It was so clean and modern, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we would need. Definitely looks just like the pictures! The rental company left a super nice welcome note and Michigan gift on the counter which was super sweet and welcoming after a long travel day. The dryer wasn’t working, which they notified me of the day I checked in and left a gift card for the laundromat. I was glad they were upfront about it and tried to rectify. I get it, stuff happens so it wasn’t that big of a deal. For this price point, it was disappointing to not be able to do laundry in the unit.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. So comfortable and immaculate. Beautiful designed in sort of steampunk fashion. Everything perfectly labeled and clean. Bed so insanely comfortable. Located directly in the center of town. Laundry ultra new and convenient. I want to go back to TC just as an excuse to stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous rental! We own vacation rentals and love going places that treat us like we treat our guests! This property is well designed and has all the amenities you will need as if it was your own. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice as well which is much appreciated! We come to TVC several times a year and would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location. We could walk everywhere downtown. The reserved parking spots were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the whole loft was spacious. There were a decent amount of stairs to ascend to get into the loft, but totally worth it.

This place is phenomenal. It’s located in the middle of downtown Traverse City within walking distance of everything. I got a ton of Christmas shopping done and barely used my car. The loft itself is absolutely breathtaking. It has perhaps the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. On the back deck, you can see Lake Michigan and out front, the shops downtown. The kitchen looked like something out of a magazine. If you’re going to Traverse City and you’ve come across this listing and it’s available, you’d be crazy not to book it! I will absolutely return next year.

If you are looking for a place in the middle of everything, you could not ask for a better location! Free parking was conveniently located right behind the building, but the location is so walkable, you wouldn’t even need your car. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The Grand Traverse Distillery next door even offers cocktails to go. Decor was gorgeous and perfectly appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Highly would recommend staying here! (Note: it is centrally located downtown, so while not super noisy, you can hear some comings and goings around you. We had 2 little kids with us and it wasn’t noisy enough to bother them).
