Traverse City is a combination of the best of both worlds, a downtown cityscape along the coast of Lake Michigan. SkyBox offers the same quality of an urban condo that is walking distance from a sandy, public beach, and has stunning lake and city views from our rooftop patio! Tucked away in a small condo complex, SkyBox was built in 2021 and offers some privacy from the busy city streets but is still close enough to join in on the hustle and bustle.

With large windows, SkyBox features a bright and airy living room with a new flat screen smart TV, ample seating, and fluffy blankets. Its open layout makes it a prime space to host friends and family during your stay! The contemporary kitchen has brand new, stainless steel appliances that support cooking at home or storing leftovers. Don’t worry about exploring and getting your clothes sandy because SkyBox has a full laundry room right next to one of our bathrooms that is free to use and keeps your clothes crisp and fresh for all of your adventures!

SkyBox is a townhouse style condo with both bedrooms and the second bathroom on the third floor. Each of our queen bedrooms have nearly floor to ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and extensive space for two adults per bedroom. Luxury vinyl plank flooring flows through the entirety of the residence providing a homey but clean feel.

Our favorite feature of SkyBox is at the top of the adorable spiral staircase. Ascend the stairs to a private rooftop patio with sweeping views of downtown Traverse City and the waters of West Grand Traverse Bay. With plenty of space to soak up the sun, have some cocktails, chat with friends, and watch the sunrises and sets, our rooftop deck has ample seating and lounging room!

Unlike many downtown condos, SkyBox has a private, single car drive under garage that offers conveniences and protection for you and your car! If you have more than one vehicle, there is additional parking available in a dedicated space in the neighboring lot.
